Please contact customer service by phone or email. We will not accept any returns unless we have authorized them by issuing a RMA for them.
We will make our best effort to exchange the item or make any necessary repairs.
You have 15 days to contact us about a return and 15 more days to get the item back to us.
Returns after 30 days may be possible and must be approved by us.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee if a refund to your credit card is requested. If a store credit is issued, 100% of the cost of the item will be added to your account for use in our store.
